Davis.  Determined to ensure that information and resources are available, he began (and continues) this project as a free resource. 

This site, costs of the work that goes into it, website domain fees and each Homeland Security Report is done by Anthony M. Davis on his own time and expense.  It's continued for nearly 10 years now as a free resource.
